How this one came together
This client wanted a large multi-use garden room that could handle gym equipment on one side and a relaxation area on the other. The 7m x 4m footprint gave them the internal square meterage to do both properly.
We chose the TGR Three with aluminium bi-folding doors (3000mm x 1970mm) for the front elevation. The bi-folds open the space up completely in summer while the 100mm Rockwool insulation keeps it usable through winter.
Redwood thermowood cladding on the exterior, full internal plaster finish, consumer unit with multiple circuits, smart wifi heating and the standard 10 year structural guarantee. All delivered and installed within two weeks.
Big enough for the gym kit and the sofa. We use it every single day. Build quality is spot on and the thermowood looks better every month.
