How this one came together
This Warrington client wanted a large garden room that could double as a hosting space in summer and a warm retreat in winter. The 6m x 4m footprint gave them enough room for a full lounge setup with space left over.
We built a TGR Three with aluminium bi-folding doors across the front. When the doors are open, the room connects directly to the garden. When they are closed, 100mm Rockwool insulation and smart wifi heating keep the space comfortable even through the coldest North West winters.
The build was completed in under two weeks. Redwood thermowood cladding, EPDM rubber roof, internal plastered and painted finish, full electrics, and a 10 year structural guarantee all included in the price.
The team were fantastic from start to finish. The room has completely changed how we use our garden. Warm in winter, open in summer. Could not be happier.
