How this one came together
This Hale client wanted a garden room that doubled as an entertainment space in the evenings. The TGR Four was the right fit because of the dual aspect glazing: bi-folding doors on the front and a full-length aluminium window on the side.
The side window (1000mm x 1970mm) brings in light from a second direction and gives the room a more spacious, premium feel than a single-aspect layout. Pre-wired for a TV, sound system and fridge.
Redwood thermowood cladding, EPDM rubber roof, 100mm insulation, smart wifi heating and full internal plastered finish. Everything included in the price with a 10 year structural guarantee.
The feature window was the detail that made it. Everyone who visits comments on how good the room looks from the garden side. Quality is outstanding.
