The TGR Three features full aluminium bi-folding doors (3000mm x 1970mm) as standard. The doors slide away completely, opening the entire front elevation onto the garden. Designed for long summer lunches and year-round entertaining without the damp feel of a conservatory.
Every TGR Three is hand-built in our Warrington workshop by the same in-house crew that delivers it. No subcontracted framing, no off-the-shelf cassettes. The structure sits on a reinforced ground-screw foundation so there is no waiting on concrete cures and no scarring the lawn. Redwood thermowood cladding, EPDM rubber roof and triple-sealed joinery mean zero maintenance for the lifetime of the building.
Pricing is everything-included. Foundations, electrics, insulation, cladding, glazing, internal finish and the 10 year structural warranty are all locked in at the quote stage. The number you see on this page is the number you pay.
