The TGR Pergola is the ultimate garden room hideaway. It combines a fully insulated garden room with an integrated front or side pergola, covered and cladded with spotlights as standard. The pergola extends your usable outdoor space with a sheltered zone for hot tubs, outdoor dining, or just sitting out on summer evenings without worrying about the weather. Any TGR model can be combined with a pergola. Bespoke sizing means every build is designed around your exact garden layout.
Every TGR Pergola is hand-built in our Warrington workshop by the same in-house crew that delivers it. No subcontracted framing, no off-the-shelf cassettes. The structure sits on a reinforced ground-screw foundation so there is no waiting on concrete cures and no scarring the lawn. Redwood thermowood cladding, EPDM rubber roof and triple-sealed joinery mean zero maintenance for the lifetime of the building.
Pricing is everything-included. Foundations, electrics, insulation, cladding, glazing, internal finish and the 10 year structural warranty are all locked in at the quote stage. The number you see on this page is the number you pay.
